Hi, I’m Lale, owner, founder, and heart behind Legacy Med Spa. I created Legacy with one mission: to offer a place where people feel truly heard, seen, and supported in their wellness and aesthetic journeys. After working in the medical spa industry for 10 years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how personalized care, natural results, and genuine connection can change someone’s confidence and even their life.

I believe deeply in balanced, natural-looking aesthetics and in helping people conquer both their beauty and weight-loss goals with integrity and clinical excellence. Quality matters to me—quality products, quality service, and quality team members who care just as much as I do. Building relationships with my patients is my favorite part of what I do. I take the time to understand your long-term goals so we can create a plan that supports you today, tomorrow, and beyond.

My path in this industry began as a patient coordinator, where I fell in love with meeting people and welcoming them into a space where they felt valued. Over the years I grew into roles in marketing and eventually general management, discovering a true passion for branding, networking, and community outreach. Every step of the journey has prepared me to build Legacy Med Spa into a place where professional guidance and patient-focused care come together beautifully.

On a personal note, I’m a mother of four amazing children, my greatest joy and motivation. My family means everything to me, and I’m especially grateful for my partner, who encouraged me to follow my dream of owning my own spa and helping others feel their best.

Hi, I'm Julia, I am a dedicated and passionate Licensed Esthetician whose love for skincare began long before my professional journey. I graduated from Houston Training School in 2025, where I built a strong foundation in skincare techniques and clinical esthetics. With a deep appreciation for the science of skin and the confidence that comes from healthy, glowing results, I bring both expertise and heart to every treatment I perform.

I believe that true esthetics is more than technique it’s connection, education, and empowerment. I love helping clients understand their skin, guiding them toward long-term solutions, and creating customized treatments that help them look and feel their best. Whether I 'am performing facials, dermaplaning, or guiding clients in their skincare routines, my goal is always the same: to deliver results with care, intention, and excellence.

I am thrilled to join Legacy Med Spa, where my passion aligns with the spa’s commitment to naturally refined beauty, clinical excellence, and patient-focused care. 

Outside the treatment room, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. Being active helps me feel relaxed and connected something that directly influences my approach to esthetics. The relaxation portion of a facial is my favorite part of the treatment process. I believe creating a calm, peaceful space is the foundation for building trust and meaningful relationships with clients. That trust allows us to work together as a team, leading to better treatment success and long-term skin improvement.
